SEARED BEEF SALAMI & TOMATO BRUSCHETTA
This is delicious. Believe me.
This gonna be my first post about recipe and what I've been cook. I'm not a pro on it and still learn how to cook a delicious meal. And for your info my mom is the best chef I've ever known, especially on Javanese food (Clearly not Japanese food). I always believe there is some part of me that also can cook as delicious as my mom does, because I'm her daughter, right? There's something called gene here (I wish). One of my sisters can cook too. So must I can. Here is my first bruschetta and it tastes as great as it looks. So how to make it? It's as easy as one two three.
- One loaf of French bread
- Two pieces of fresh tomatoes, sliced (I actually used only one, it depends on your preference)
- Celery cloves, sliced
- Olive oil (to cook the beef and stir fry the topping)
- 2 Beef salami, sliced
- Cheese, sliced
2. Bake the French bread
I used ready to bake garlic French bread to make it easier. If don't you may need to make extra garlic sauce as its spread. Don't forget to flip the bread while on bake to make both side well cooked and crunchier.
3. Cut all toppings into slices and cook it
While waiting for the bread, do prepare the toppings. First, cut the beef salami into small slices and stir fry the beef for about 2 minutes with one teaspoon of olive oil. Then add the sliced tomatoes, celery cloves and sliced cheese, stir fry for 1 minutes. Tips: Don't cook too long or your cheese may melted and hard to apply onto the bread.
4. Add the toppings on top of the baked bread. Voila.. bruschetta is ready to eat while it's hot.
Enjoy!
Love, Citra!
